Instructions
- Preheat oven
- Set to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the meat
- In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef.
- Drain excess grease.
- Add taco seasoning and water. Simmer 2ā3 minutes until thickened.
- Add the mix-ins
- Stir in black beans, corn, and Rotel.
- Remove from heat.
- Assemble the casserole
