Here’s a super simple Slow Cooker 5-Ingredient BBQ Beef Brisket that turns out tender and saucy every time.

Ingredients (5 total)

  1. 3–4 lb beef brisket
  2. 1½ cups BBQ sauce (use your favorite)
  3. 1 packet onion soup mix
  4. 2 tbsp brown sugar
  5. 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

Instructions

  1. Prep the brisket
    Trim excess fat if needed. Pat dry.
  2. Make the sauce
    In a bowl, mix BBQ sauce, onion soup mix, brown sugar, and Worcestershire.
  3. Slow cook
    Place brisket in the slow cooker. Pour sauce over the top, coating well.
  4. Cook low & slow
    • LOW: 8–10 hours (best texture)
    • HIGH: 5–6 hours
      Brisket should be fork-tender.
  5. Rest & slice
    Let rest 10–15 minutes. Slice against the grain or shred for sandwiches.

Serving ideas
