Ingredients
- 2–3 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 tbsp olive oil or butter
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika (optional)
Instructions
- Lightly grease slow cooker.
- Place chicken in a single layer. Season both sides.
- Add broth around (not over) the chicken.
- Cover and cook:
- LOW: 3–4 hours
- HIGH: 1½–2½ hours
- Chicken is done at 165°F. Let rest 5 minutes.
