Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or any milk you like)

  • Pinch of cinnamon or cocoa powder (optional)

How

  1. Stir everything together really well (no clumps).
  2. Let it sit 5 minutes, stir again.
  3. Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours (overnight is best).

In the morning

  • Eat as is, or top with berries, nuts, or a spoon of Greek yogurt.
