Chicken Fritters

Alright, let’s do crispy, juicy chicken fritters — easy, no fancy stuff, big payoff 😄


Crispy Chicken Fritters (Quick & Easy)

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, finely chopped or shredded
    (rotisserie works great)
  • 2 eggs
  • ½ cup all-purpose flour
    (or breadcrumbs for extra crunch)
  • ¼ cup grated cheese (optional but 🔥 — cheddar or mozzarella)
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise or yogurt (keeps them moist)
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp fresh herbs (parsley, cilantro, or green onion)
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp paprika or chili powder
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Mix everything
    In a bowl, combine chicken, eggs, flour, mayo, onion, garlic, herbs, salt, pepper, and paprika.
    Mix until it holds together.
  2. Heat the pan
    Heat a skillet over medium heat with a thin layer of oil.
  3. Fry the fritters
    Scoop spoonfuls of the mixture into the pan and flatten slightly.
    Cook 3–4 minutes per side until golden brown and crispy.
  4. Drain & serve
    Place on paper towels. Serve hot.

Quick Dipping Sauce (optional but recommended)

  • ¼ cup mayonnaise or yogurt
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp garlic or chili sauce
  • Salt to taste

Tips & Variations

  • Spicy: add chopped green chili or cayenne
  • Healthy: pan-cook with minimal oil or air-fry at 190°C / 375°F for 10–12 minutes
  • Cheesy: add more cheese 😏
  • No cooked chicken? Use raw minced chicken and cook a bit longer
