Grilled Cheese Sandwich

Hereโ€™s a classic grilled cheese sandwichโ€”simple, crispy, and gooey ๐Ÿ˜‹

Ingredients

  • 2 slices of bread (white, sourdough, or whole wheat)
  • 1โ€“2 slices of cheese (American, cheddar, or a mix)
  • Butter (or mayo, optional twist)

Instructions

  1. Heat a pan over medium-low heat.
  2. Butter one side of each bread slice (or spread mayo for extra crispiness).
  3. Place one slice butter-side down in the pan.
  4. Add the cheese on top, then cover with the second slice butter-side up.
  5. Cook 2โ€“4 minutes until the bottom is golden brown.
  6. Flip carefully and cook another 2โ€“3 minutes until the cheese is melted and the bread is golden.
  7. Remove, slice, and enjoy!
