Ingredients
Meat
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- ½ cup water
Salad
- 1 head iceberg lettuce, chopped
- 1–2 cups Doritos (Nacho Cheese or Cool Ranch), slightly crushed
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- ½ cup diced red onion

Dressing
- 1 cup Catalina dressing

Instructions
- Cook the beef
- Brown ground beef in a skillet over medium heat.
- Drain excess grease.
- Add taco seasoning and water; simmer 5 minutes.
- Let cool slightly.
- Assemble the salad
- In a large bowl, combine lettuce, tomatoes, onion, cheese, and optional toppings.
