  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough, crescent dough, or pizza dough
  • Oil or melted butter (for brushing)

Instructions

  1. Cook the filling
    Brown the ground meat in a skillet over medium heat.

    Fold dough over to form a half-moon or rectangle.
    Pinch edges firmly (use a fork for extra seal).
  5. Bake or fry
    • Bake: Place on a lined baking sheet, brush tops with butter or oil, bake 15–18 minutes until golden.
    • Air fry: 350°F for 8–10 minutes
    • Pan fry: Shallow fry until golden on both sides
  6. Serve hot
