Here’s a simple, fluffy classic pancake recipe you can make in minutes 🥞


🥞 Classic Fluffy Pancakes

🛒 Ingredients (Serves 3–4)

  • 1 cup (125 g) all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup (240 ml) milk
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter (or oil)
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)

👩‍🍳 Instructions

1️⃣ Mix dry ingredients
In a bowl, whisk flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.

2️⃣ Mix wet ingredients
In another bowl, whisk egg, milk, melted butter, and vanilla.

3️⃣ Combine
Pour wet ingredients into dry. Mix gently.
👉 Small lumps are okay — don’t overmix.

4️⃣ Cook

  • Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat.
  • Lightly grease with butter or oil.
  • Pour about ¼ cup batter per pancake.
  • Cook until bubbles form (about 2–3 minutes).
  • Flip and cook another 1–2 minutes.

5️⃣ Serve warm
Stack them and add your favorite toppings.

💡 Tips for Extra Fluffy Pancakes

✔ Let the batter rest 5–10 minutes before cooking
✔ Don’t press pancakes down while cooking
✔ Cook on medium heat — too high burns outside, leaves inside raw
