๐Ÿ Fettuccine Alfredo

Fettuccine Alfredo is a famous Italian pasta dish made with fettuccine pasta, butter, and Parmesan cheese, creating a rich creamy sauce. The dish became popular worldwide thanks to Alfredo di Lelio, a restaurateur in Rome who created it in the early 1900s.

  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 1 cup heavy cream

    • Add garlic and cook about 30 seconds.
  3. Add cream

  5. Combine pasta
