🌮 Walking Taco Lasagna
Ingredients
- 1½ lbs ground beef (or beef + sausage combo)
- 1 packet taco seasoning (or homemade)
- 1 cup water
- 1 can black beans, drained & rinsed
- 1 can corn, drained
- 1½ cups salsa or Rotel
- 2 cups crushed tortilla chips (Doritos or Fritos = elite move)
- 2 cups shredded cheese (cheddar, Colby-Jack, or Mexican blend)
- 1 cup sour cream
- Optional toppings: shredded lettuce, tomatoes, jalapeños, olives, green onions
Instructions
- Brown the Beef
Cook beef until browned. Drain grease. Add taco seasoning + water and simmer 3–5 minutes. - Make It Loaded
