Posted on January 22, 2026 by Admin

Ohhh this one’s cozy, fast, and dangerous in the best way 🍎🥐
Think apple pie meets fluffy biscuits—minimal effort, max payoff.

🍎 Apple Pie Biscuits

Ingredients

  • 1 can refrigerated biscuits (8-count, quartered)
  • 1 can apple pie filling
  • ¼ cup brown sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp nutmeg (optional but lovely)
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla (optional)

Optional glaze

  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • 1–2 tbsp milk or cream
  • Splash of vanilla

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease an 8×8 baking dish.
  2. Chop apples in the pie filling into smaller pieces (makes every bite perfect).
  3. In a bowl, mix:
    • Apple pie filling
    • Brown sugar
    • Cinnamon, nutmeg
    • Melted butter + vanilla
  4. Gently fold in biscuit pieces until coated.
  5. Pour into baking dish and spread evenly.
  6. Bake uncovered for 30–35 minutes, until biscuits are cooked through and bubbly.
    • If top browns too fast, loosely foil for last 10 minutes.
  7. Drizzle with glaze while warm (optional but highly encouraged).

Pro Tips

  • 🧈 Want richer? Add small cubes of cream cheese before baking.
  • 🍨 Serve warm with vanilla ice cream = instant legend status.
  • 🍯 Swap glaze for caramel sauce if you’re feeling extra.

Want an air-fryer version, dump-and-go crockpot, or cinnamon-roll mashup next? 😏
