  • 1 tbsp cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp melted butter

Cream Cheese Glaze

  • 4 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 2 tbsp butter (softened)
  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • ½ tsp vanilla
  • 1–2 tbsp milk (to thin)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8×8-inch pan with parchment paper.
  2. Mix dry ingredients for the base in a bowl.
  3. Add wet ingredients and stir until a thick dough forms.
  4. Press dough evenly into the pan.
  5. Make cinnamon swirl: mix swirl ingredients and drizzle over dough. Use a knife to gently swirl.
  6. Bake for 18–22 minutes, until edges are lightly golden.
  7. Cool completely.
  8. Prepare glaze: beat cream cheese, butter, powdered sugar, vanilla, and milk until smooth.
