  3. Grind the Peels:
    • Once the peels are dry and crispy, use a blender, coffee grinder, or spice grinder to grind them into a fine powder. You can use a fine sieve to sift out any large pieces that didn’t grind properly.
  4. Store the Powder:
    • Store the onion peel powder in an airtight jar or container in a cool, dark place. It can last for several months if kept dry and sealed properly.
