Instructions

  2. Cook the potatoes

    • Add potatoes in a single layer if possible.

  3. Add the onions
    • Push potatoes to the side or make space in the pan.
    • Add sliced onions and cook 5–7 minutes until soft and caramelized.
    • Stir together with the potatoes.

    • Add salt, pepper, and optional spices.
    • Cook 1–2 more minutes, letting flavors combine.
  5. Serve
    • Serve hot as a breakfast side, alongside eggs, or as a dinner accompaniment.
