Garlic Butter Cheese Bombs

Posted on February 5, 2026 by Admin

Absolutely! Here’s a delicious, easy-to-follow garlic butter cheese bombs recipe that comes out golden, cheesy, and irresistible.

Garlic Butter Cheese Bombs

Ingredients (makes ~12 bombs)

  • 1 can (8 oz) refrigerated pizza dough or homemade pizza dough
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (or a mix of mozzarella and cheddar)
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning (or a mix of oregano, basil, thyme)
  • 1 tablespoon parsley, chopped (optional, for garnish)
  • Marinara sauce, for dipping

Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Prepare Garlic Butter:
In a small bowl, mix the melted butter, minced garlic, and Italian seasoning. Set aside.
  3. Roll Dough & Add Cheese:
    • Roll the pizza dough into a rectangle or circle on a lightly floured surface.
    • Cut the dough into squares (about 2–3 inches each).
    • Place a generous pinch of shredded cheese in the center of each square.
  4. Form Bombs:
    • Gather the corners of the dough over the cheese and pinch tightly to seal.
    • Make sure no cheese is exposed, or it will leak out.
  5. Brush with Garlic Butter:
    • Place the sealed bombs on the prepared baking sheet.
    • Brush the tops with half of the garlic butter mixture.
  6. Bake:
Bake for 12–15 minutes, until the bombs are golden brown and the cheese is melted inside.
  7. Finish with Garlic Butter & Parsley:
    • As soon as they come out of the oven, brush the remaining garlic butter on top.
    • Sprinkle with chopped parsley for a fresh touch.
  8. Serve:
Serve warm with marinara sauce or your favorite dipping sauce.

✅ Tips for Maximum Gooeyness:

  • Don’t overfill the dough—just enough cheese to make a nice pocket.
  • You can add cooked bacon bits, pepperoni, or sautéed spinach for variety.
  • Serve immediately; cheese bombs are best warm and gooey!

If you want, I can also give you a shortcut version using crescent roll dough that takes under 20 minutes and tastes just as amazing.

Do you want me to share that version too?
