2. Prepare the filling

3. Shape the bread

  • Roll dough into a rectangle on a floured surface.

  • Roll up the dough tightly from one end, forming a loaf or a spiral.
  • Place in a greased loaf pan or baking dish.

4. Second rise

  • Cover and let the shaped loaf rise 30–45 minutes until puffed.

5. Bake

6. Add glaze (optional)
