Ingredients

Instructions
- Heat a pan over medium-low heat.
- Butter one side of each bread slice (or spread mayo for extra crispiness).
- Place one slice butter-side down in the pan.
- Add the cheese on top, then cover with the second slice butter-side up.
- Cook 2โ4 minutes until the bottom is golden brown.
- Flip carefully and cook another 2โ3 minutes until the cheese is melted and the bread is golden.
