- 4–5 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar or apple cider vinegar
- 1 tsp cornstarch + 2 tbsp water (optional, for thicker sauce)
Instructions
- Season & Sear Chicken
Season chicken with salt and pepper.
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Sear chicken 4–5 minutes per side until golden. Remove and set aside. - Cook Mushrooms
In the same skillet, add mushrooms.
Cook 4–5 minutes until browned and slightly caramelized. - Make the Sauce
Stir in garlic and cook 30 seconds until fragrant.
Add honey, soy sauce, and vinegar. Stir well. - Simmer
Return chicken to the skillet.
