🍳 Instructions

  1. Prep the shrimp
    Pat shrimp dry with paper towels. Season lightly with salt and pepper.
  2. Make the sauce
    In a small bowl, mix honey, minced garlic, soy sauce, and red pepper flakes (if using). Set aside.
  3. Cook the shrimp
    Heat olive oil (or butter) in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
    Add shrimp in a single layer. Cook 2–3 minutes per side until pink and just cooked through. Remove shrimp from the pan and set aside.
  4. Make it saucy
    Reduce heat to medium. Pour the honey-garlic mixture into the same pan. Cook for 1–2 minutes, stirring constantly, until it thickens slightly.
  5. Combine & coat
    Return shrimp to the pan. Toss well to coat in the sauce for 1–2 minutes.
  6. Serve & garnish
