🛒 Ingredients (serves 4)

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup mayonnaise (or Greek yogurt for a lighter version)
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • Salt & black pepper, to taste
  • Optional: ½ tsp dried Italian seasoning or parsley

1. Prep

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Lightly grease a baking dish.

2. Make the Creamy Topping

In a bowl, mix:

  • Mayonnaise
  • Parmesan cheese
  • Garlic powder
  • Onion powder
  • Paprika
  • Salt & pepper
  • Italian seasoning (if using)

Stir until smooth and creamy.


3. Assemble

  • Place chicken breasts in the baking dish.
  • Spread the creamy mixture evenly over each piece, fully covering the top.

4. Bake

  • Bake uncovered for 40–45 minutes, until:
    • Chicken is cooked through (internal temp 165°F / 74°C)
    • Topping is golden and slightly bubbly

5. Rest & Serve

  • Let rest 5 minutes before serving.
