Here’s a simple and creamy No-Bake Pineapple Cream Dessert—refreshing, light, and perfect for warm days:


Ingredients:

  • 1 (20 oz) can crushed pineapple, drained (reserve 2–3 tbsp juice)
  • 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup whipped topping (like Cool Whip), thawed
  • ¾ cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 (9-inch) graham cracker crust (or homemade)

Optional garnish:

  • Pineapple chunks, shredded coconut, or maraschino cherries

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the cream mixture:
    • In a medium bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
    • Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, and beat until fully combined.
  2. Add pineapple:
    • Gently fold in the drained crushed pineapple.
  3. Fold in whipped topping:
