Ingredients

  • 2 slices olive loaf (or olive bologna)
  • 2 slices bread (white, rye, or sourdough)
  • 1–2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • Potato chips (plain or lightly salted)
  • Optional: lettuce, tomato, mustard, or Swiss cheese

Instructions

  1. Prep the bread
    Spread mayonnaise evenly on one side of each slice of bread.
  2. Assemble
    Place olive loaf on one slice of bread.

  3. Close & press
    Top with second slice of bread, mayo-side down.
