Instructions

  1. Lay a cabbage leaf flat.

  3. Fold the sides over and roll tightly from the stem end.

4. Prepare the Sauce

  1. In a bowl, mix tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, and seasonings.
  2. Taste and adjust for sweetness, tanginess, or heat.

5. Cook the Cabbage Rolls

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Spread a little sauce in the bottom of a baking dish.
  3. Arrange cabbage rolls seam-side down and cover with remaining sauce.
  4. Cover with foil and bake for 1 hour.
  5. Remove foil and bake another 10–15 minutes to thicken the sauce slightly.
