Here’s a delicious and easy way to make a Strawberry Banana Cheesecake Salad—it’s like dessert in a bowl, creamy and fruity with a cheesecake twist.


Ingredients (Serves 6–8)

  • 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 (8 oz) container whipped topping (like Cool Whip), thawed
  • 3 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • 2–3 bananas, sliced
  • 1 cup crushed graham crackers
  • Optional: mini chocolate chips or chopped nuts for garnish

Instructions

  1. Make Cheesecake Dressing:
    In a medium bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar and vanilla, then fold in the whipped topping until creamy and well combined.
  2. Prepare Fruit:
    In a large bowl, combine sliced strawberries and bananas.
  3. Assemble Salad:
    Gently fold the cheesecake dressing into the fruit until coated. Be careful not to mash the bananas.
  4. Add Crunch:
    Sprinkle crushed graham crackers on top, reserving a little for garnish.
  5. Chill & Serve:
    Chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes before serving. Optional: sprinkle with mini chocolate chips or chopped nuts for extra texture.
